  • 50 miles per rental day on rentals of 1 to 4 days, or
  • 500 miles per rental on rentals of 5 or more days
• Miles can be earned on all qualifying rentals at participating Hertz locations worldwide - a flight is not required.
• For rentals in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada - when the renter chooses to receive Mileage Plus miles a Frequent Flyer Surcharge of $0.50 per day up to a maximum of $2.00 per rental will apply.
